After lunch, we set off from San Antonio in the worst May weather. I don't know where to, because Tezz was my navigator. At a bush, she told me to turn left. There was no road here.
And because of all the rain, the path was pretty muddy. Very slowly, at maybe 10 km/h, I crept across the mud. The car skidded and I was highly concentrated as I was afraid of touching down and getting stuck in the mud in a place without a road. That's not cool with a Fiat 500. But this little runabout was my rental car.
When we finally arrived at the sea after just under half an hour, it was raining heavily. I changed my shoes because I had extra muddy shoes in a plastic bag in the trunk and clean spare shoes for driving.
Tezz climbed down the cliffs with me and took off her clothes. She is a nature person and was completely in her element. I felt a bit silly in my fleece jacket with a Goretex rain jacket over it.
The sea was loud. The waves were foaming violently and I first made an announcement that I didn't want to take any risks and that we should please be careful. This is extremely important to me, because falling into the water in this surf could have been fatal.
Tezz posed as you would in a classic nude. I told her that it was too much for me.
I met with such an open ear that she was in her element from then on. She moved to the rhythm of the wind and was a tangible part of nature for my camera.
The colors were beautiful and the force of nature was impressive. It was powerful, but not frightening. I felt the forces of earth, air and water. It was a very fulfilling experience and I was glad that Tezz was in front of my camera in these conditions.
