Computer Generated Imagery

While IKEA is using CGI in their catalogs for many years already, it's still not widely spread with not safe for work images. So, it was very interesting for me to discover the work of Andrew Ternell.

 

It's hard to say if computer generated models will ever replace the human ones. Technically, this is highly interesting though.

You can create unreal forms and shapes and I am quite sure, we're still at the beginning of the development. Does this have anything to do with photography? The industries will melt together, sooner or later. Maybe. Maybe not.
